Headquartered in Southern California, HEARTBEAT with AP unites Ukrainian communities in 18 states and works in cooperation with U.S. government bodies, elected officials, and institutional partners to advance systemic policy and regulatory solutions.
Through data-driven advocacy, community engagement, and direct representation, HEARTBEAT with AP advances legalization initiatives and represents Ukrainian communities at both the state and federal levels, demonstrating their economic, social, and civic contribution to the United States.
