EARTBEAT with AP is a nonprofit advocacy organization that has represented and defended the interests of newly arrived Ukrainians and the new Ukrainian diaspora in the United States since 2022. The organization works on lawful status, access to legal employment, family protection, and entrepreneurship development through advocacy, lobbying, and cooperation with U.S. government and institutional partners. HEARTBEAT with AP unites Ukrainian communities across 18 states and translates community needs into systemic political, regulatory, and economic solutions at the federal and local levels
